I’m married to Jeff (he helps in the garden and does the pool) and we have a son Eric and two dogs- Kiera a black pointer and Rolo a sort of lab.
We want to ensure that all our guests have a great time and to that end we are always available to sort out any problems. If something is missing or broken tell us and we will fix it or replace it.
Pricing
We have two seasons
Summer season- from June to the end of September
May and October
Long term lets -from Nov- to the end of April
Summer Rentals (minimum rental a week)
Period Rental
May eur 1500 per week
June eur 1758 per week
July & August eur 2100 per week
September eur 1758 per week
October eur 1500 per week

Terms
A non refundable deposit of 25% is required to secure the booking.
Balance of the rental is to be paid 8 weeks before commencement of the rental
Cancellation
If you need to cancel let us know as soon as possible. We will endeavour to re let the cottage and if successful your account with us will be credited for the balance less the original booking deposit.
Covid
In the event that you cannot take up the rental period due to covid, either through illness or travel restrictions, we will reschedule your booking to another rental period to the same value.

Owner reply:- Orange were late in installing the fibre cable but was sorted out a few days later.

Une très bonne semaine dans une location bon marché . Très bon accueil et magnifique endroit pour une famille de 4 personnes. Parfait pour se reposer et se ressourcer dans le sud sans subir les conséquences de l’affluence estivale. On reviendra avec plaisir.

Nous vous remercions pour notre excellent séjour dans votre location. Des hôtes très sympas et prévenants. Par contre pour des clients français, l’annonce en français serait un plus. Et peut être l’accès à des chaînes française sur la TV.

I can honestly say that the facilities in the cottage are the best we have ever experienced in our numerous trips to France. Everything in the cottage is as you would expect it at home, it doesn't feel like a holiday home, it feels like home. There is everything and more for a very comfortable say. The swimming pool is beautiful and very welcome to either relax by, or to cool off after a day out sightseeing. The cottage is in a perfect place to explore the area and we hope we will be able to revisit some time in the future. Certainly we wouldn't even look for anywhere else if we revisit this area. We have no negatives at all following our two weeks and cannot sing our praises loud enough for the lovely cottage, and the Roberts family for their kind welcome and any assistance needed during our stay.

Gîte très bien équipé avec son agréable coin piscine. Situé à 4km du joli village de Lorgues. Nous avons apprécié le grand marché hebdomadaire pour découvrir les produits locaux. A 1 heure environ des gorges du Verdon et de la Méditerranée. Nous avons pu programmer de belles balades et baignades. Maison mitoyenne avec celle des propriétaires. Quartier très calm.”

Perfect Provençal cottage

This lovely cottage absolutely lived up to positive reviews it has received. The cottage is beautifully equipped, in a picturesque and quiet location, surrounded by the wonderful scent of pine trees. The owners have not skimped on any aspect - with a lovely private pool, and all mod cons available. Thanks to Sheila for her quiet attentiveness, and to Eric for sorting out the WiFi. Given that there was a family wedding the week we were there, we never felt isolated, nor did we ever feel our privacy was compromised. Quite simply, lovely owners, lovely cottage, lovely location. Just hope to repeat the experience sometime soon.
